(1) All prices are in United States currency.
(1) Payments are to be remitted through wire transfer. Wire transfer fees are to be paid by the buyer. Bank details shall be provided later (most likely Western Union).
(2) Upon placing Purchase Orders, a down payment of fifty percent (50%) is required. The balance of fifty percent (50%) shall be paid in full when all the merchandise ordered are ready for shipment. However, if all purchases are available upon placing an order, payment shall be paid in full just before shipment.
After the receipt of the fifty percent (50%) downpayment, the production lead times are as follows:
Bags / Purses 15 to 30 days (depends on the number of items ordered and does not include shipment time)
Shipping
(1) The buyer assumes obligations of all shipping, handling, insurance, duties and taxes.
(2) For sea freight, a minimum of one cubic meter ( 1 CBM ) of total order is recommended for cost-effectiveness. For air freight, 1 balikbayan box is recommended.
(3) We may source out an air or sea freight forwarder for the buyer. Total costs for shipping, handling, insurance shall be transmitted to the buyer.
(1) We shall make the necessary packaging procedures to ensure the protection of the products.
(2) However, we are not to be held responsible for any damage to the products caused by the handling of either broker, forwarder, or carrier.
(1) Due to its handmade production, and, as part of the inherent characteristics of the natural materials used, there may be irregularity in color, shape, size, texture, or appearance of any item. And, ergo, is not considered defective.
(2) All items shall be protected from any damp, wet, and extreme heat conditions.
